Keyword Searches Do Not a Technical Recruiter Make...

Sloppy Recruiters who don't read a  resume after it turns up in a keyword search certainly added some amusing anecdotes and mirth to my previous job hunt. This recruiter sent me an accounting job opportunity. Which is a laugh since I was an English Major and math is not my forte. However, I have spent time documenting financial applications and I was once on contract at the SEC or so her keyword search found in my resume.

I don't have time to respond to sloppy recruiters who don't have an eye for detail. Their company should be educating them, not me. The technical recruiting industry is rotting to the core.

Here is her email to me with her last name and company name removed to protect the company and her in such case she is a kid out of college who received little or no training.
